REFORMER

GROUP REFORMER:

This class is our secret superstar.  Working on the state-of-the-art Allegro 2 reformer, our small group classes are a mix of traditional pilates and contemporary, creative movement.  Focus, breathe, engage & align to flow efficiently on an elevated, unstable, moving surface.  Low-impact, balance & core focused, sign up to let your inner star shine bright.

HIIT REFORMER:

More than your average pilates class.  Fast paced, high intensity, on the clock-off the clock movement.  You will sweat, be out of breath, and need a water break.  Expect to see props like the jumpboard + hand weights. Book the class to be challenged and trust us that the process will be worth it.

UPSTAIRS STUDIO

DEMI-BAR PILATES:

Our signature Demi-Bar class is a fusion of traditional pilates concepts, light weight resistance training and ballet inspired barre work.  Be prepared to move, pulse, HOLD and repeat.  Class targets the abs, butt and thighs for some major body-sculpting results.  Leg shaking and thigh quaking are highly likely.

KICK YOUR CORE MAT:

Mat pilates brings it back to basics but in a kick your abs kind of way.  Incorporating breathing and alignment, our sequence of mat exercises focuses on movement from the center of the body designed to strengthen the core, stretch the body, and improve posture.  Know your abs will get some love and LOTS of it.

CARDIO CHISEL:

This class amps it up!  Cardio Chisel is a mix of dynamic strength training and major movement all packed into a fun, fast-paced 55 minutes.  Grab your gym shoes and get ready to sweat!  This is the real deal to chiseled arms, sculpted legs and a healthy heart.

CARDIO BARRE:

A brilliant blend of Cardio Chisel + Demi-Bar, this class gives your body what it craves!  Start with interval + strength training at center floor then move BIG at the barre to take our ballet inspired work to a new level.  Sign up to say yes to heart health and muscle tone.
