The main level of the studio is dedicated to working on the state-of-the-art Allegro 2 reformer. Small group classes are a mix of traditional pilates and contemporary, creative movement. Workouts are designed to develop core strength, muscle tone, and lengthen the body all in a fun yet challenging 55 minutes.

Our signature Demi-Bar class is a blend of traditional pilates concepts, light weight resistance training and ballet inspired barre work. Class targets the abs, butt and thighs for some major body-sculpting results.
Mat pilates brings it back to basics. Incorporating breathing and alignment, the sequence of mat exercises focuses on movement from the center of the body designed to strengthen, stretch, and improve posture.
Cardio chisel amps it up! This is pilates for the heart. Class is a fusion of pilates, dynamic resistance training, and major movement all packed into a fun, fast-paced hour long workout. Gym shoes are required for this class!
