We know everyone wants to get into class as soon as possible, but wet shoes and boots cause a slipping hazard and we want to keep everyone safe and sound 🙏 (We didn’t all survive COVID to break a leg slipping on a wet mess in the studio!)

Also, PLEASE bring a CLEAN & DRY pair of gym shoes 👟 for any cardio classes!!! The salt really wreaks havoc on our floors and it really doesn’t feel good on bare feet either 🤬 Plus, we would hate for you or others to slip while taking class.

Thanks for looking out for each other and maybe it will be warm enough to wear flip flops 🩴 again 😎

What does this mean? We can open more spaces in our group classes! 8️⃣spaces will be available for both group reformer and all studio classes.

Do I still have to wear a mask 😷 during class? Yes, a mask or a face shield is still required at all times while you are in the studio or class.

Will there still be virtual 🖥 classes? ABSOLUTELY! Join us from home or wherever you may be and take classes live with us.

Is there enough space for 8 people in class? Yes! All of our reformers and mats are spaced at a minimum of 6️⃣ft apart. Our goal is to keep everyone safe and healthy!
